Watch to whom you listen! Be not deceived! Not all preachers preach biblical principles. Ask God for wisdom and against the seducing spirits.
2 Timothy 4:2
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine but according to their own desires because they have itching ears, they will reap up for themselves teachers, and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist.
Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned and avoid them. 18 For those who are such do not serve our Lord [a]Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.- Watch for the preachers who don’t preach about hell, the judgment of God and sin who speaks more like a Motivational Speaker rather than a preacher. We are asked to convince, rebuke, and exhort and preach the word of God.
We are called not to sugarcoat the truth and cherry-picked the word of God. God is love but God is also a God of just. We are all accountable for every deed and word we have spoken in the dark and in the light.

19 For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf, but I want you to be wise in what is good, and [b]simple concerning evil. 20 And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. Proverbs 2:1 “My son, if you receive my words, and treasure my commands within you so that you incline your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding. Yes if you cry out for discernment and lift up your voice for understanding if you seek her as silver and search for her as for hidden treasures. Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God. For the Lord gives wisdom and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.”
Proverbs 9:10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
Matthew 24:11 “Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he endures to the end shall be saved.“
I Never Knew You
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
2 Corinthians 4:1-2
4 Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. 2 Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.
24 “‘For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. 25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. 28 Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God. 29 I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. 30 I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine.
10 Choose my instruction instead of silver,
knowledge rather than choice gold,
11 for wisdom is more precious than rubies,
and nothing you desire can compare with her
1 Corinthians 9:16, For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of for necessity is laid upon me, yes woe is me if I do not preach the gospel. For if I do this willingly, I have a reward but if against my will, I have been entrusted with a stewardship. What is my reward then? That when I preach the gospel, I may present the gospel of Christ without charge, that I may not abuse my authority in the gospel. – We are all given the greatest commission to go to the ends of the earth to share the gospel of truth.
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
